Condos & Townhomes – Downtown Vancouver vs Outside Of It in November 2021


DOWNTOWN VANCOUVER HAD A HIGH AMOUNT OF CONDOS AND TOWNHOMES ADDED TO INVENTORY IN NOVEMBER, COMPARED TO OUTSIDE OF DOWNTOWN. 

Downtown Vancouver had 788 condos and townhomes added to inventory in November, Vancouver Westside had 675, Vancouver Eastside had 423, North Van had 220 and West Van had only 57. 

POPULAR PRICE BANDS FOR DOWNTOWN VANCOUVER CONDOS AND TOWNHOMES
  1. Downtown Vancouver Homes Priced $600,000~$700,000 (97% sales ratio)
  2. Downtown Vancouver Homes Priced $700,000~$800,000 (88% sales ratio)
  3. Downtown Vancouver Homes Priced $400,000~$500,000 (87% sales ratio)
  4. Downtown Vancouver Homes Priced $1m~$1.25m (53% sales ratio)

VANCOUVER EASTSIDE CONDOS AND TOWNHOUSES SOLD FASTER THAN VANCOUVER WESTSIDE’S IN NOVEMBER

Vancouver Westside’s condos and townhouse sales had an average sales ratio of 35%, with a total of 239 sales and 675 properties added to inventory. Vancouver Eastside’s condos and townhomes sold at 51%, with 215 sales and 423 added to inventory. Homes sold on average at 1% higher than listing price on the Eastside.

  4. Vancouver Westside Condos and Townhomes Priced $500,000~$600,000 (sales ratio 65%)
  5. Vancouver Westside Condos and Townhomes Priced $700,000~$800,000 (sales ratio 63%)
