The area of Upper Lonsdale and Lower Lonsdale sold extremely well with a 123% sales ratio, bringing in 48 new listings and 59 sales. Central Lonsdale also brought in many new homes and sales with 51 new listings and 33 sales. Northlands and Roche Point condos and townhomes for sale also sold extremely well with a 100% sales ratio from 14 new listings and 14 sales

$1M – $1.5 Million Dollar Homes Selling Nearly Instantly
$1M – $1.5M condos and townhomes in North Vancouver performed extremely well on the market this month. These housing types brought in a total of 52 new listings and 64 sales, generating a 123% sales ratio. Here were the best selling price bands for April:
- $1M – $1.5M condos and townhomes sold at 123% sales ratio (52 listings, 64 sales)
- $700k – $800k condos and townhomes sold at 81% sales ratio (26 new listings, 21 sales)
- $400k – $500k condos and townhomes sold at 100% sales ratio (9 listings, 9 sales)

Lynn Valley Selling at 100% Sales Ratio in April
Detached homes in North Vancouver also experienced a drop in sales in April while bringing in more inventory than the previous month. Along Lynn Creek, homes in Calverhall Westlynn and Westlynn Terrace sold at 144% with 9 new listings and 13 sales. Lynn Valley homes had a perfect month, bringing in 11 new listings and 11 sales (100% sales ratio). North Van homes priced $2M – $2.25M sold at a 110% sales ratio, bringing in 20 new listings and 22 sales. $2.25M – $2.5M homes in North Van sold the second fastest with a 72% sales ratio from 25 new listings and 18 sales. The third fastest selling home prices were $1.5M – $1.75M homes in North Van, with a 60% sales ratio from 15 new listings and 9 sales.
