Houses Moved At Far Above City Average In These Parts of Vancouver
Houses in Arbutus, Kerrisdale & Quilchena had healthy activity with a combined total of 13 sales with 47 new listings. The combined sales ratio was a healthy 28%, far higher than the Vancouver Westside average of 17%.
- Kerrisdale & Quilchena houses sold at 33% (11 sold with 33 listed)
- Arbutus (Vancouver West) houses sold at 14% (2 sold with 14 listed)
Beautiful Houses In A More Luxurious Price Band in Vancouver West
These areas are well known luxurious houses, and there are nearly two dozen houses priced above $5M in Arbutus, Kerrisdale & Quilchena at the time of writing this article. Vancouver Westside houses priced between $5M to $7M were moving at a modest sales ratio of 9.6% with 115 listings added, and several of them are found in these three areas.
Condos & Townhomes Moved Faster Than Houses In These Areas of Vancouver
Townhomes & Condos located in Arbutus, Kerrisdale & Quilchena combined for 9 sales and a sales ratio of 35%, below the Vancouver Westside condos/townhome sales ratio of 43% in December 2021. Arbutus, however, posted no sales of attached homes this period with only one new listing added. The current offering of homes for sale in Arbutus is dominated mainly by single family homes.

- Kerrisdale, Vancouver West condos & townhomes sold at 29% (5 sold with 17 listed)
Higher Price Point Condos In These Areas
The sales ratio of Vancouver Westside townhomes/condos priced between $2M to $3M was 16% (lower than the citywide average), and Kerrisdale has a handful of beautiful condos priced $2M and up at the time of writing. Quilchena condos are asking a much lower price, with most listings priced below $1.5M except one or two.
