Homes in Arbutus claimed the highest sales ratio of the 3 neighbourhoods at 19% with 16 new listings and 3 sales. Quilchena and Kerrisdale single family homes followed with a collective 15% sales ratio with 34 new listings and 5 sales.

January home sales in Vancouver West had a bit of a slower start compared to previous months with a 31 days on market average. Part of this is due to the large influx in inventory for luxurious homes, which the areas of Arbutus, Quilchena, and kerrisdale are known for. Condo and Townhome Movement in Arbutus, Quilchena, Kerrisdale
Quilchena had a very successful month with condo and townhome sales. This Westside neighbourhood saw an impressive 64% sales ratio with 11 new listings and 7 sales. Additionally, Kerrisdale saw the second most action with 20 new listings and 3 sales, generating a 15% sales ratio.
