Condos and townhomes in North Vancouver sold exceptionally fast this month. These attached houses sold at a nearly perfect, 94% sales ratio for the month of March with 234 new listings and 220 sales.

Lower Lonesdale and Central Lonsdale condos and townhomes had the highest number of sales, collectively bringing in 103 sales with 97 new listings (106% sales ratio). Queensbury and Seymour condos and townhomes brought in the highest sales ratios of all neighbourhoods with a collective 550% sales ratio (2 new listings, 11 sales). - Lynnmour condos and townhomes brought in a 119% sales ratio (16 new listings, 19 sales)
- Lynn Valley condos and townhomes brought in a 185% sales ratio (13 new listings, 24 sales)
- Mosquito Creek and Norgate condos and townhomes had a 107% sales ratio (14 new listings, 15 sales).
Condos and Townhomes between $700K – $2.5M Selling Extremely Fast
Average days on market for North Vancouver condos and townhomes is sitting 7 days in March. Collectively, condos and townhomes selling between $700K – $1.25M are selling nearly instantly with a 137% sales ratio (86 new listings, 116 sales). Here is a breakdown of each price band within this range:
- $700K-$800K condos and townhomes sold at 150% sales ratio (18 new listings, 27 sales)
- $800K – $900K condos and townhomes sold at 137% sales ratio (19 new listings, 26 sales)
- $900K – $1.25M condos and townhomes sold at 129% sales ratio (49 new listings, 63 sales)

- Pemberton Heights, Pemberton, Boulevard and Capilano all sold at 100% sales ratios (14 new listings, 14 sales)
