Roche Point and Indian River condos and townhomes sold extremely well, bringing in a 228% sales ratio from 8 new listings and 18 sales. Pemberton Heights, Harbourside and Edgemont condos and townhomes were also extremely popular, producing a 157% sales ratio from 7 new listings 11.

$300k-$600k Condos and Townhomes are Extremely Hot
$300k-$600k condos and townhomes are extremely hot right now, selling at 126% sales ratio from 27 new listings and 34 sales. $900k – $1M condos and townhomes are also extremely popular, bringing in a 126% sales ratio from 19 new listings and 24 sales. $1.75M – $2M condos and townhomes are also seeing fast sales with a 100% sales ratio from 10 new listings and 10 sales.
Single Family Homes in North Vancouver
Single family homes in North Vancouver are selling slightly faster than the rest of the Vancouver area as well this month. Homes in North Vancouver had a 37% sales ratio from 216 new listings and 79 sales. These homes also sold at an average 105% sales to list price ratio.
Lynn valley, Princess Park and Tempe See Sales Ratios Above 100%
The areas of Lynn valley, Princess Park and Tempe had the most action this month for home sales in North Vancouver. These neighbourhoods had 11 new listings and 17 sales, producing a 155% sales ratio. As well, homes in Norgate and Mosquito Creek were popular, bringing in a 167% sales ratio from 3 new listings and 5 sales.
2 Bedroom or Less Homes Selling the fastest
North Vancouver homes with 2 bedrooms or less are selling the best this month, with a 57% sales ratio from 7 new listings and 4 sales. After this, 3 – 4 bedroom homes in North Vancouver are selling at a 46% sales ratio from 106 new listings and 49 sales.
