Edgemont, Northlands and Westlynn condos and townhomes sold extremely well, bringing in a 133% sales ratio from 9 new listings and 12 sales. Mosquito Creek, Lynn Valley and Central Lonsdale condos and townhomes were also extremely popular, producing a combined 57% sales ratio from 82 listings and 47 sales.

$400k-$700k Condos and Townhomes are Extremely Hot
North Vancouver condos and townhomes ranging $400k-$700k are extremely hot right now, selling at 51% sales ratio from 83 new listings and 42 sales. Sales of North Vancouver condos and townhomes priced $900k – $1M hold a firm lead thus far, bringing in a 67% sales ratio from 24 new listings and 16 sales.
Single Family Homes in North Van
Single family homes are selling slightly faster than the rest of the Vancouver area as well this month. Homes in North Vancouver had a 27% sales ratio from 234 new listings and 63 sales. These homes also sold at an average 99% sales to list price ratio. Homes priced from $1.75M-$2M sold particularly well at a 55% sales ratio.
Grouse Woods and Capilano See Sales Ratios Above 100%
The areas of Capilano and Grouse Woods had the most action this month for home sales in North Vancouver. These neighbourhoods had 2 new listings and 4 sales, producing a 200% sales ratio. In terms of volume, Lynn Valley and Westlynn performed well with their sales netting 70% and 82% sales ratios, respectively.

North Vancouver homes with 2 bedrooms or less are selling the best this month, with a 44% sales ratio from 9 new listings and 4 sales. After this, 5 – 6 bedroom homes in North Vancouver are selling at a 31% sales ratio from 87 new listings and 27 sales.
