Downtown and Yaletown Sell the Fastest in Downtown Vancouver
Downtown Vancouver condos and townhomes sold at a 21% sales ratio, compared to the previous month’s 25% sales ratio. The fastest selling neighbourhood was Downtown, bringing in a 26% sales ratio from 321 new listings and 83 sales. Close behind, West End condos and townhomes sold at a 21% sales ratio from an inventory of 215 listings and 46 sales. Yaletown and Coal Harbour condos and townhomes sold much slower, collectively bringing in 379 new listings and 59 sales (15% sales ratio).

Vancouver Eastside Condos and Townhomes
Vancouver Eastside Neighbourhoods That are Selling at Over 200% Sales Ratios
Despite a slight decrease, Vancouver East led the three Vancouver areas with a 36% sales ratio. There were multiple neighbourhoods within Vancouver East that sold very fast. Main and Renfrew Heights sold extremely well with a combined 228% sales ratio from 7 new listings and 16 sales. Hastings, Killarney and Renfrew also sold extremely fast with a 111% sales ratio from 18 new listings and 20 sales.

Vancouver Westside Condos and Townhomes
Vancouver West condos and townhomes sold at 24% sales ratio in June. Fairview, Quilchena and Kerrisdale condos and townhomes all sold the fastest with a combined 44% sales ratio from 174 new listings and 77 sales.
Despite being along the Canada Line Skytrain, South Cambie and Oakridge continued to sell the slowest in Vancouver West this June.
