East Vancouver Detached Homes

Best Selling Home prices

Most of Vancouver Eastside listings fell in the mid-range of Vancouver home prices. $1.75M – $2M homes in East Vancouver brought in the most new inventory this month with 108 new listings and 25 sales (23% sales ratio). Here are the fastest selling Eastside price bands this month:

Fastest and Slowest Selling East Vancouver Neighbourhoods

Homes in the lower area of South Vancouver, Killarney and Champlain Heights all sold very well this month with a 47% sales ratio from 68 total new listings and 32 sales. Homes in Fraser and Knight, East Vancouver also sold very well, bringing in a 37% sales ratio from 56 new listings and 21 sales.

Collingwood Detached Homes had a ton of new listings for the month with 90 new additions, however, this neighbourhood produced the lowest sales ratio at 8% with only 7 sales.

Vancouver West detached Homes

Best Selling Home Prices

Vancouver Westside saw a larger distribution of luxury listings compared to the Eastside. The majority of Vancouver Westside listings this month were homes priced above $4.5M. These homes accounted for 372 of 658 new listings. Homes priced $7.5M and above brought in a lot of new inventory with 134 new listings and 10 sales. Here were the most active price bands in the Westside this month:

Fastest and Slowest Selling neighbourhoods

Kitsilano and Arbutus homes sold very well this month at 28% sales ratio (69 new listings, 19 sales). Along the Canada Line Skytrain, Cambie and Mount Pleasant homes also sold well at 27% sales ratio (49 new listings, 13 sales)

In the inner-area of the Westside, Quilchena, Shaughnessy, and South Granville all sold the slowest this month. These neighbourhoods collectively brought in 165 new listings and only 8 sales, producing a 5% sales ratio.
