Home sales in Vancouver Westside have slowed in recent months, continuing to creep closer to becoming a buyers market. Homes in Vancouver West sold at a 10% sales ratio with average days on market increasing to 18 days in June. Although total sales are slowing into a buyers market, here are some neighbourhoods that are still selling well.
Kitsilano, Mackenzie Heights Selling the Fastest
Kitsilano homes sold the fastest of the Westside producing a 30% sales ratio from 33 new listings and 10 sales. Mackenzie Heights homes sold the second fastest, generating a 23% sales ratio from 22 new listings and 5 sales. You can view the homes available in Kitsilano and Mackenzie Heights here.
Point Grey, Dunbar, Shaughnessy Selling Slow With Tons of Inventory
Point Grey, Dunbar and Shaughnessy homes all brought in an immense amount of inventory this month, but had the lowest sales ratios of the Westside. Main and Strathcona Homes are Most Popular
Main and Strathcona homes sold the fastest in Vancouver East in June, producing a 44% sales ratio from 25 new listings and 11 sales. Fastest Selling Home Prices in Vancouver East
Vancouver Eastside homes priced $1.5M – $1.75M sold the fastest this month. These homes had a 34% sales ratio from 62 new listings and 21 sales. After this, $1.25M – $1.5M homes in Vancouver East sold the next fastest, producing a 32% sales ratio from 19 new listings and 6 sales.
