Condos and Townhomes in West Van
Given that the inventory levels of condos and townhomes in West Vancouver hasn’t really changed since the upswing peaking in May, the analysis rests on other granular details. Most inventory is focused around the more-developed neighbourhoods of Park Royal, Ambleside and Dundarave. In particular, Dundarave condos and townhomes sold at a 26% sales ratio, while Ambleside condos and townhomes sold at a 20% sales ratio.
Farther up the hill towards Cypress Mountain, exclusive condos and townhomes at Panorama Village sold at a 10% sales ratio for a limited inventory.
Single Family Homes in West Van
Sales of single-family, detached homes in West Vancouver have continued a slow decline at an average 7% sales ratio. Average days on market have shortened from 18 to 16 days, and the sale to list price ratio has declined by 3%. The most active price band for home sales is the $1.75M to $2.5M range.
