In both Ambleside and Dundarave, condos and townhomes sold at a combined 29% sales ratio (51 total new listings, 15 total sales). In contrast, Park Royal experienced the lowest sales ratio during June at 4%, based on 26 listings and 1 sale.
Three bedroom condos and townhomes in West Vancouver are selling the best this month, with a 43% sales ratio from 21 new listings and 9 sales. 0-to-1 bedroom West Vancouver condos continue to enjoy some popularity with a 23% sales ratio based on 22 new listings and 5 sales.
Single Family Homes in West Van
Single family homes in West Vancouver continued the trend of lower sales, generating an 8% sales ratio in June from 424 new listings and only 32 sales. Average days on market increased 125% from 8 to 18 average days on market during June. The fastest selling neighbourhoods for single family homes were Furry Creek and Lions Bay, bringing in 11 new listings and 4 sales (36% sales ratio). However, the Caulfeild neighbourhood had the most single family home sales in West Vancouver for the month of June. British Properties continued to bring in the most new listings with 87 total new listings and only 3 sales in June, yielding a 3% sales ratio.
$2.25M Homes Are Getting the Most Action in West Vancouver
$2.25M – $2.5M homes in West Vancouver sold at a 37% sales ratio, this was the fastest selling in the area. The next-fastest category was single family homes priced $7 – $7.5M at a 25% sales ratio.
