Kitsilano and Southland Houses Garner Highest Sales Ratios for January
Of the 5 Vancouver West neighbourhoods, Kitsilano claimed the spot for the highest sales ratio at an impressive 38%. Kits saw 24 new listings and 5 sales for the month. To follow, Southlands had the second highest sales ratio at 18% with 22 new listings and 4 sales.
Dunbar, Point Grey, University Bring in A Lot of New Inventory for Detached Homes
Point Grey and Dunbar in Vancouver Westside brought in an immense amount of new inventory in January. The two neighbourhoods added 117 new listings with only 15 sales for the month. University also brought in a number of new listings that are still available with 16 additions to inventory and 0 sales. Kitsilano Condos & Townhomes Dominate Sales, Point Grey & Dunbar Welcome Influx of New Inventory
Kitsilano Condos and Townhomes (Vancouver Westside) experienced an extremely high paced month with a 74% sales ratio. The neighbourhood had 35 new listings and 26 sales for the month of January.
On the slower side, Dunbar and Point Grey did not have as impressive of a month. Dunbar and Point Grey condos and townhomes had 25 new listings and only 2 sales. Of the 5 neighbourhoods, University condos and townhomes experienced the most new additions to inventory with 95 new listings, many still available with only 16 sales for the month resulting in a 16% sales ratio.
