Condo and townhome real estate in West Vancouver were limited to a small number of neighbourhoods, here is what their sales looked like:
In both Cedardale and Whitby Estates, condos and townhomes sold at a 33% sales ratio (9 total new listings, 3 total sales). Ambleside, Park Royal and Dundarave had the most new listings, bringing to market a total of 71 new listings and 17 sales (24% sales ratio).
One bedroom condos and townhomes in West Vancouver are selling the best this month, with a 41% sales ratio from 22 new listings and 9 sales. On the other hand, 3 bedroom condos and townhomes are experiencing a slow market with only a 4% sales ratio from 23 new listings and only 1 sale.
Single Family Homes in West Vancouver
Single family homes in West Vancouver also experienced lower sales, generating a 11% sales ratio in May from 408 new listings and only 44 sales. The fastest selling neighbourhoods were Eagle Ridge and Gleneagle, bringing in 10 new listings and 7 sales (70% sales ratio). British Properties brought in the most new listings with 86 total new listings and only 8 sales in may (9%sales ratio)
$3M Homes Are Getting the Most Action in West Vancouver
$3M – $3.5M homes in West Vancouver sold at a 28% sales ratio, this was the fastest selling in the area. The next-fastest selling homes were priced $2.5 – $2.75M, bringing in 33 new listings and 8 sales (24% sales ratio).
