Mount Pleasant is split up into West & East on our MLS® system. Mount Pleasant single family homes combined for a total of 4 sales with 6 new listings added in December of 2021, resulting in a 67% sales ratio. This was higher than the single family homes sales ratios of both East Vancouver (32%) and Vancouver Westside (17%). The price range of single family homes in Mount Pleasant are significantly lower than that of many Vancouver Westside neighbourhoods such as Shaughnessy. You can compare the prices of detached houses across both Mount Pleasants:

  2. Mount Pleasant (East) Houses ordered by lowest to highest prices

Mount Pleasant East had a very busy market for condos & townhomes in December, posting 43 sales and 57 new listings for a 75% combined sales ratio. Mount Pleasant East condos & townhomes had the majority of these activities with 42 sales, while Mount Pleasant West condos/townhomes posted the lonely single sale.
