Mackenzie Heights Earns Highest Sales ratio of the 3 Vancouver West Neighbourhoods

Mackenzie Heights had the highest sales ratio of the 3 neighbourhoods at 20% with 15 new listings and 3 sales, however, it also saw the least amount of new additions in inventory compared to South Granville and Shaughnessy.

Although Shaugnessy had the lowest sales ratio of the 3 neighbourhoods at 3%, it also brought in 4x more in new inventory compared to Mackenzie Heights with 60 new listings.

South Granville Falls between the two neighbourhoods with a 10% sales ratio for the month of January. South Granville also accumulated many new listings with 50 in new inventory and 5 sales.

 Many Luxy Homes Available in Shaughnessy and South Granville

Collectively, Shaugnessy and South Granville brought in 110 new listings for the month of January. With only 5 sales for the month, many are still available in these neighbourhoods. Condos and Townhomes in Shaughnessy and South Granville

Only Shaugnessy and South Granville had new additions in inventory this month of the 3 neighbourhoods. South Granville had the highest sales ratio at 41% with 22 new listings and 9 sales.
