Combined they had 222 homes added to inventory, and 48 sales.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MOST TO LEAST ACTIVE AMONG THESE VANCOUVER NEIGHBOURHOODS FOR DETACHED HOUSES IN NOVEMBER\u00a0<\/span><\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Kitsilano\/type-House\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kitsilano houses had a 43% sales ratio, with 10 sales and 23 added to inventory<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Point+Grey\/type-House\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Point Grey houses had a 27% sales ratio, with 20 sales and 74 added to inventory<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-University+VW\/type-House\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">University houses had an 11% sales ratio, with 2 sales and 18 added to inventory<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Dunbar\/type-House\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dunbar houses had a 15% sales ratio, with 11 sales and 71 added to inventory<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Southlands\/type-House\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Southland houses had a 14% sales ratio, with 5 sales and 36 added to inventory<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">KITSILANO DROPPED FROM NUMBER 1 TO NUMBER 2 FOR HOTTEST SALES RATIO.<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bcoceansideproperties.com\/blog\/kitsilano-point-grey-university-dunbar-southlands-real-estate-movement-in-october-2021\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In October, Kitsilano had a sales ratio of 54%<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> making it the fastest moving neighbourhood in Van West for detached homes. In November, it dropped to 43%.This makes it the second highest ranking neighbourhood in Van West.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">THESE NEIGHBOURHOOD\u2019S COMBINED AVERAGE FOR CONDOS AND TOWNHOMES WAS ALSO HIGHER THAN VANCOUVER WESTSIDE\u2019S AVERAGE\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Dunbar;Kitsilano;Point+Grey;Southlands;University+VW\/type-Condo\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kitsilano, Point Grey, University,Dunbar and Southland\u2019s combined sales ratio for condos<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Dunbar;Kitsilano;Point+Grey;Southlands;University+VW\/type-Townhome\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">townhomes<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in November was 39%. This is higher than the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/type-Condo\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">average sales ratio of the westside <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">which was 35%. They also made up 29% of the added inventory.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">SOUTHLANDS ONLY HAD ONE CONDO\/ TOWNHOME ADDED TO INVENTORY<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Southlands had a 100% sales ratio, with only one home being added to the inventory and one home being sold.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MOST TO LEAST ACTIVE AMONG THESE NEIGHBOURHOODS FOR CONDOS AND TOWNHOMES THIS NOVEMBER<\/span><\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Kitsilano\/type-Condo\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kitsilano condos<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Kitsilano\/type-Townhome\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">townhomes<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 had a 76% sales ratio, with 41 sales and 54 added to inventory<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a 400;\"> and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Point+Grey\/type-Townhome\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">townhomes<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> had a 29% sales ratio, with 4 sales and 14 added to inventory<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a
