FALSE CREEK, FAIRVIEW AND OLYMPIC VILLAGE HAD ZERO MOVEMENT IN DETACHED HOUSES THIS NOVEMBER<\/span><\/h4>\n

With only one home added to inventory between them, they sold zero detached homes, just like this October. It is worth noting that they are made up almost entirely of condos and townhomes. <\/span>Detached houses in False Creek, Fairview and Olympic Village<\/span><\/a> are few and far between. <\/span>Other neighbourhoods in the Cambie Corridor<\/span><\/a> had healthy movement in detached homes:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Oakridge<\/span><\/a> had a sales ratio of 16%, selling 3, with 19 added to inventory\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Marpole<\/span><\/a> had a sales ratio of 11%, selling 4, with 38 added to inventory<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. South Cambie<\/span><\/a> had a sales ratio of 8%, selling 1, with 13 added to inventory\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Cambie<\/span><\/a> had a sales ratio of 6%, selling 4, with 63 added to inventory<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    CAMBIE HIGH IN INVENTORY FOR CONDOS AND TOWNHOUSES, AS WELL AS DETACHED HOUSES<\/span><\/h4>\n

    Cambie consistently has a large amount of inventory added in detached houses, in <\/span>October<\/span><\/a> having 62 new homes added and in November having 63. Despite this, it has a relatively slow sales ratio as its sales numbers are low, only selling 6 in October and 4 in November. It had a staggering 123 new listings added for <\/span>condos<\/span><\/a> and <\/span>townhouses<\/span><\/a>, the highest of all the neighbourhoods in <\/span>Vancouver Westside<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    THE CAMBIE CORRIDOR IN ORDER OF FASTEST-SLOWEST SELLING FOR CONDOS AND TOWNHOMES IN NOVEMBER<\/span><\/h5>\n

    1. Marpole<\/span><\/a> had a 61% sales ratio, with 30 sold and 49 added to inventory<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Fairview<\/span><\/a> had a 59% sales ratio, with 39 sold and 66 added to inventory<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. False Creek<\/span><\/a> had 34% sales ratio, with 30 sold and 89 added to inventory<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. South Cambie<\/span><\/a> had a sales ratio of 29%, with 10 sold and 34 added to inventory<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Oakridge<\/span><\/a> had a 28% sales ratio, with 8 sold, and 29 added to inventory<\/span><\/li>\n
    6. Cambie<\/span><\/a> had a sales ratio of 15%, with 18 sold and 123 added to inventory<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
