It had 9 new condos\/ townhomes in inventory, and sold four. This stands in stark comparison to its movement in <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Quilchena\/type-House\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">detached homes,<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> where they had 22 new homes in inventory, but made zero sales.\u00a0 Most expensive listing for <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Arbutus\/type-House\/min_price-5000000\/order_by-price\/order_direction-DESC\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">houses in Quilchena<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> at the time of writing was $6.9m.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">KERRISDALE ADDED HIGHEST AMOUNT OF INVENTORY FOR CONDOS AND TOWNHOMES, AS WELL AS HOUSES<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kerrisdale had 24 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Kerrisdale\/type-Condo\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">condos<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Kerrisdale\/type-Townhome\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">townhomes<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> added to inventory this November, and made 6 sales for a sales ratio of 25%. There were 26 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Kerrisdale\/type-House\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">detached homes<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> added to inventory and a total of 12 sales made, bringing it to a healthy 46% sales ratio. At the time of writing, the most expensive <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Arbutus\/type-House\/min_price-5000000\/order_by-price\/order_direction-DESC\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">house in Kerrisdale<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is $10m.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">ARBUTUS HAD A VERY SLOW MONTH FOR CONDOS AND TOWNHOUSES\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Arbutus\/type-Condo\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Arbutus had one condo<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\/ <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Arbutus\/type-Townhome\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">townhouse<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> added to inventory, but made zero sales. The neighbourhood did much better in the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Arbutus\/type-House\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">detached house<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> market. It had 18 new homes added to inventory and 6 sales, giving it a 33% sales ratio.
