OLYMPIC VILLIAGE IS ONE OF THE NEWEST AND MOST VIBRANT NEIGHBOURHOODS IN VANCOUVER<\/span><\/a><\/h4>\n

It is developing at a rapid pace to offer more convenience & amenities to its residents. Olympic Village spans over <\/span>False Creek and Mount Pleasant<\/span><\/a>. It refers to the strip of land that runs along the False Creek waterfront (South side of the water) located between Science World and The Cambie Bridge.<\/span><\/p>\n

MAIN STREET HAD 78% SALES RATIO THIS NOVEMBER<\/span><\/h4>\n

Mainstreet had 9 new detached homes <\/span><\/a>\u00a0added in inventory this November, and sold 7. This gave it a 78% sales ratio, one of the highest for\u00a0 <\/span>detached homes in all Vancouver Eastside<\/span><\/a>. It followed <\/span>Champlain Heights\u2019 detached home market<\/span><\/a> which had a 150% sales ratio but only 3 sales, and <\/span>Strathcona\u2019s one detached home sale<\/span><\/a>, which had a 100% sales ratio.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

MOUNT PLEASANT<\/span><\/h4>\n

Mount Pleasant showed a below average sales ratio for detached homes<\/span><\/a> this November at only 20%. It had 5 new detached homes added to inventory, and only one sale. This is a very low amount of inventory added, as there was 378 new listings added over all of Vancouver Eastside.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
