Single family homes in this area also brought in great results with a 22% total sales ratio.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Arbutus;Kerrisdale;MacKenzie+Heights;Quilchena\/type-Condo\/page-1\">Condos<\/a> &amp; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Arbutus;Kerrisdale;MacKenzie+Heights;Quilchena\/type-Townhome\/page-1\">townhomes in Arbutus, Quilchena, Mackenzie Heights and Kerrisdale<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Arbutus;Kerrisdale;MacKenzie+Heights;Quilchena\/type-House\/page-1\">Single family homes in Arbutus, Quilchena, Mackenzie Heights &amp; Kerrisdale<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Condos and Townhomes in These Westside Neighbourhoods<\/h3>\n<h4>Sellers Market in Quilchena, Mackenzie Heights, Kerrisdale<\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Quilchena\/type-Condo\/page-1\">Quilchena condos<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Quilchena\/type-Townhome\/page-1\">townhomes<\/a> sold extremely fast with 10 new listings and 8 sales, therefore producing an 80% sales ratio. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Kerrisdale;MacKenzie+Heights\/type-Condo\/page-1\">Mackenzie Heights and Kerrisdale condos<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Kerrisdale;MacKenzie+Heights\/type-Townhome\/page-1\">townhomes<\/a> also sold well. These two neighbourhoods brought in 33 new listings and 6 sales, creating an 18% sales ratio.<\/p>\n<h4>Most Active Price Bands<\/h4>\n<p>Condos and townhomes in Vancouver Westside priced anywhere between $400K-$1.5M sold at extremely fast rates. This larger price bracket accounted for 368 listings and 202 sales, therefore producing a 55% sales ratio. On the other hand, Arbutus, Mackenzie Heights and Quilchena homes all experienced similar markets compared to one another. Collectively, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Arbutus;MacKenzie+Heights;Quilchena\/type-House\/page-1\">Arbutus and Mackenzie Heights and Quilchena homes<\/a> brought in an 18% sales ratio (62 new listings, 11 sales).<\/p>\n<h4>Increase in Activity from Last Month<\/h4>\n<p>Compared to the previous month, house sales in Vancouver West in February saw a much more active market. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bcoceansideproperties.com\/blog\/arbutus-quilchena-kerrisdale-real-estate-movement-january-2022\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vancouver Westside home sales saw a 60% jump from last month<\/span><\/a>\u00a0with 101 total sales compared to 63. In Arbutus, Quilchena, Mackenzie Heights &amp; Kerrisdale specifically, home sales saw a 54% increase compared to last month with 17 total sales, up from 11. The average days on market also saw a drastic drop from last month. In February, average days on market fell to 11, down from 31 in January (-65% variance). <a
