This market climbed to increasingly-high sales ratios from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bcoceansideproperties.com\/blog\/condos-townhomes-downtown-vancouver-january-2022-real-estate-news\/\">53% in January<\/a>, to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bcoceansideproperties.com\/blog\/condos-townhomes-downtown-eastside-westside-february-2022-real-estate-market\/\">61% in February<\/a>, topping out at 75% for march.<\/p>\n<p>Condos and townhomes all over Vancouver Eastside sold impressively fast this month. Everything below <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/type-Condo\/max_price-1500000\/page-1\">$1.5M in Vancouver Eastside\u2019s condo<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/type-Townhome\/max_price-1500000\/page-1\">and townhome market<\/a> sold above 50% sales ratio. Here are the best performing price bands among this bracket:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/type-Condo\/min_price-700000\/max_price-850000\/page-1\">$700k &#8211; $800k Eastside condo<\/a> &amp; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/type-Townhome\/min_price-700000\/max_price-850000\/page-1\">townhomes sold at 118% sales ratio<\/a> (38 new listings, 45 sales)<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/type-Condo\/min_price-300000\/max_price-500000\/page-1\">$300k-$500k Eastside condo<\/a> &amp; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/type-Townhome\/min_price-300000\/max_price-500000\/page-1\">townhomes sold at 104% sales ratio<\/a> (24 new listings, 25 sales)<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/type-Condo\/min_price-500000\/max_price-700000\/page-1\">$500k &#8211; 700K\u00a0 Eastside condo<\/a> &amp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/type-Townhome\/min_price-500000\/max_price-700000\/page-1\"> townhomes sold at 93% sales ratio<\/a> (108 new listings, 100 sales)<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/type-Condo\/min_price-1000000\/max_price-1500000\/page-1\">$1M &#8211; $1.5M\u00a0 Eastside condo<\/a> &amp;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/type-Townhome\/min_price-1000000\/max_price-1500000\/page-1\">townhomes sold at 77% sales ratio<\/a> (69 new listings, 53 sales)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Westside Condo and Townhome Sales Ratios Continue to Climb<\/h4>\n<p>Over the first quarter of 2022, the Westside condo and townhome market increasingly grew, claiming higher sales ratios than the previous month. In March, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/type-Condo\/page-1\">Vancouver West condos<\/a> and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/type-Townhome\/page-1\">townhomes garnered a 3 month-high, 56% sales ratio<\/a>. This grew from February\u2019s 44% sales ratio and January\u2019s 34% sales ratio. The star performer for the month was condo and townhome sales in Kitsilano. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Kitsilano\/type-Condo\/page-1\">Kitsilano condo<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Kitsilano\/type-Townhome\/page-1\">townhomes accounted for 58 new listings and 76 sales<\/a>, producing an outstanding 131% sales ratio. Other strong performers for March both reside in close proximity: Fairview and Mount Pleasant. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Fairview+VW;Mount+Pleasant+VW\/type-Condo\/page-1\">Fairview and Mount Pleasant condos<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Fairview+VW;Mount+Pleasant+VW\/type-Townhome\/page-1\">townhomes accomplished 63 new listings and 61 sales<\/a> (97% sales ratio).<\/p>\n<p>creek and<\/p>\n<h4>Downtown Condos and Townhomes Maintain Previous Month Sales Rate<\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Coal+Harbour;Downtown+VW;West+End+VW;Yaletown\/type-Condo\/page-1\">Condo<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Coal+Harbour;Downtown+VW;West+End+VW;Yaletown\/type-Townhome\/page-1\">townhome sales in Downtown Vancouver<\/a> performed at the same rate as previous month\u2019s high, 42% sales ratio.
