All 3 areas of Vancouver; Downtown, Westside and Eastside, all experienced a decline in sales ratio compared to the previous months.<\/p>\n<h4>Vancouver Eastside Sales Slow down in April<\/h4>\n<p>A<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bcoceansideproperties.com\/blog\/condos-townhomes-downtown-vancouver-vs-rest-of-van-march-2022-real-estate-stats\/\">fter consecutively recording increasingly high sales ratios over the first quarter of 2022<\/a>, Eastside condos and townhome sales experienced a drop this month. In the previous month (March), Eastside condos and townhomes recorded an outstanding 75% sales ratio. This dropped to a 53% sales ratio in April with the market experiencing more new listings but less sales. However, there are still some areas of Vancouver East that sold very fast:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/area-Renfrew+Heights;Victoria+VE\/type-Condo\/page-1\">Renfrew Heights and Victoria condos<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/area-Renfrew+Heights;Victoria+VE\/type-Townhome\/page-1\">townhomes sold at 125% sales ratio<\/a> (16 new listings, 20 sales).<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/area-Killarney+VE\/type-Condo\/page-1\">Killarney condos<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/area-Killarney+VE\/type-Townhome\/page-1\">townhomes sold at 100% sales ratio<\/a> (7 new listings, 7 sales)<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/area-Hastings;Hastings+Sunrise\/type-Condo\/page-1\">Hastings and Hastings sunrise condos<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/area-Hastings;Hastings+Sunrise\/type-Townhome\/page-1\">townhomes sold at 94% sales ratio<\/a> (17 new listings, 16 sales).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Eastside Neighbourhoods Bringing in the Most Listings in April<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/area-Collingwood+VE\/type-Condo\/page-1\">Collingwood condos<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/area-Collingwood+VE\/type-Townhome\/page-1\">townhomes brought in 80 new listings<\/a> (with 38 sales)<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/area-South+Marine\/type-Condo\/page-1\">South Marine condos<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/area-South+Marine\/type-Townhome\/page-1\">townhomes brought in 72 new listings<\/a> (with 30 sales)<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/area-Mount+Pleasant+VE\/type-Condo\/page-1\">Mount pleasant condos<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/area-Mount+Pleasant+VE\/type-Townhome\/page-1\">townhomes brought in 70 new listings<\/a> (with 47 sales)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Vancouver Westside and Downtown Take Hit in Sales Ratios As Well<\/h4>\n<p>In April, Vancouver Westside condos and townhomes sales ratio dropped to 39% from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bcoceansideproperties.com\/blog\/detached-houses-movement-in-vancouver-westside-in-march-2022\/\">56% in March<\/a>.
