Here are the fastest selling Eastside price bands this month:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/type-House\/min_price-1250000\/max_price-1500000\/page-1\">$1.25M &#8211; $1.5M homes in East Vancouver had 8 new listings and 4 sales<\/a> (50% sales ratio)<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/type-House\/min_price-2000000\/max_price-2250000\/page-1\">$2M &#8211; $2.25M homes in East Vancouver had 51 new listings and 24 sales<\/a> (47% sales ratio)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Fastest and Slowest Selling East Vancouver Neighbourhoods<\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/area-Champlain+Heights;Killarney+VE;South+Vancouver\/type-House\/page-1\">Homes in the lower area of South Vancouver, Killarney and Champlain Heights<\/a> all sold very well this month with a 47% sales ratio from 68 total new listings and 32 sales. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/area-Fraser+VE;Knight\/type-House\/page-1\">Homes in Fraser and Knight, East Vancouver<\/a> also sold very well, bringing in a 37% sales ratio from 56 new listings and 21 sales.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/area-Collingwood+VE\/type-House\/page-1\">Collingwood Detached Homes<\/a> had a ton of new listings for the month with 90 new additions, however, this neighbourhood produced the lowest sales ratio at 8% with only 7 sales.<\/p>\n<h3>Vancouver West detached Homes<\/h3>\n<h4>Best Selling Home Prices<\/h4>\n<p>Vancouver Westside saw a larger distribution of luxury listings compared to the Eastside. The majority of Vancouver Westside listings this month were <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/type-House\/min_price-4500000\/page-1\">homes priced above $4.5M<\/a>. These homes accounted for 372 of 658 new listings. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/type-House\/min_price-5000000\/page-1\">Homes priced $7.5M and above<\/a> brought in a lot of new inventory with 134 new listings and 10 sales. Here were the most active price bands in the Westside this month:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/type-House\/min_price-2000000\/max_price-2500000\/page-1\">$2M &#8211; $2.5M Vancouver West homes sold at 42% sales ratio<\/a> (14 new listings, 6 sales)<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/type-House\/min_price-2750000\/max_price-3500000\/page-1\">$2.75M &#8211; $3.5M Vancouver West homes sold at 29%<\/a> (98 new listings, 28 sales)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Fastest and Slowest Selling neighbourhoods<\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Arbutus;Kitsilano\/type-House\/page-1\">Kitsilano and Arbutus homes sold very well this month at 28% sales ratio<\/a> (69 new listings, 19 sales). Along the Canada Line Skytrain, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Cambie;Mount+Pleasant+VW\/type-House\/page-1\">Cambie and Mount Pleasant homes<\/a> also sold well at 27% sales ratio (49 new listings, 13 sales)<\/p>\n<p>In the inner-area of the Westside, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Quilchena;Shaughnessy;South+Granville\/type-House\/page-1\">Quilchena, Shaughnessy, and South Granville all sold the slowest this month<\/a>.
