However, like previous months, North Vancouver attached and detached real estate continued to sell above the Vancouver Market. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/type-Condo\/page-1\">Condos<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/type-Townhome\/page-1\">townhomes in North Vancouver sold at an outstanding 72% sales ratio<\/a> while <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/type-House\/page-1\">detached homes brought in a 48% sales ratio<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Condos and Townhomes in North Vancouver<\/h3>\n<h4>Fastest Selling Neighbourhoods in North Vancouver<\/h4>\n<p>The area of Upper Lonsdale and Lower Lonsdale sold extremely well with a 123% sales ratio, bringing in 48 new listings and 59 sales. Central Lonsdale also brought in many new homes and sales with 51 new listings and 33 sales. Northlands and Roche Point condos and townhomes for sale also sold extremely well with a 100% sales ratio from 14 new listings and 14 sales<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/area-Central+Lonsdale;Lower+Lonsdale;Upper+Lonsdale\/type-Condo\/page-1\">View Upper, Central, and Lower Lonsdale condos<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/area-Central+Lonsdale;Lower+Lonsdale;Upper+Lonsdale\/type-Townhome\/page-1\">townhomes<\/a><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/area-Northlands;Roche+Point\/type-Condo\/page-1\">View Northlands and Roche Point condos<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/area-Northlands;Roche+Point\/type-Townhome\/page-1\">townhomes<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>$1M &#8211; $1.5 Million Dollar Homes Selling Nearly Instantly<\/h4>\n<p>$1M &#8211; $1.5M condos and townhomes in North Vancouver performed extremely well on the market this month. These housing types brought in a total of 52 new listings and 64 sales, generating a 123% sales ratio. Here were the best selling price bands for April:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/type-Condo\/min_price-1000000\/max_price-1500000\/page-1\">$1M &#8211; $1.5M condos<\/a> and<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/type-Townhome\/min_price-1000000\/max_price-1500000\/page-1\"> townhomes sold at 123% sales ratio<\/a> (52 listings, 64 sales)<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/type-Condo\/min_price-700000\/max_price-800000\/page-1\">$700k &#8211; $800k condos<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/type-Townhome\/min_price-700000\/max_price-800000\/page-1\">townhomes sold at 81% sales ratio<\/a> (26 new listings, 21 sales)<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/type-Condo\/min_price-400000\/max_price-500000\/page-1\">$400k &#8211; $500k condos<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/type-Townhome\/min_price-400000\/max_price-500000\/page-1\">townhomes sold at 100% sales ratio<\/a> (9 listings, 9 sales)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Detached Homes in North Vancouver<\/h3>\n<h4>Lynn Valley Selling at 100% Sales Ratio in April<\/h4>\n<p>Detached homes in North Vancouver also experienced a drop in sales in April while bringing in\u00a0 more inventory than the previous month. Along Lynn Creek, homes in Calverhall Westlynn and Westlynn Terrace sold at 144% with 9 new listings and 13 sales. Lynn Valley homes had a perfect month, bringing in 11 new listings and 11 sales (100% sales ratio).
