The fastest selling neighbourhood was Yaletown, bringing in a 30% sales ratio from 261 new listings and 79 sales. Close behind, Downtown condos and townhomes sold at a 29% sales ratio from 320 new listings and 93 sales. There were multiple neighbourhoods within Vancouver East that sold very fast. Champlain Heights and Killarney sold extremely well with a combined 113% sales ratio from 15 new listings and 17 sales.
