Homes in Vancouver West sold at a 12% sales ratio with average days on market increasing to 12 days in May. Although total sales are slowing into a buyers market, here are some neighbourhoods that are still selling well.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Kitsilano, SW Marine Selling the Fastest<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Kitsilano\/type-House\/page-1\">Kitsilano homes<\/a> sold the fastest of the Westside producing a 34% sales ratio from 38 new listings and 13 sales. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-S.W.+Marine\/type-House\/page-1\">SW Marine homes<\/a> sold the second fastest, generating a 31% sales ratio from 16 new listings and 5 sales<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Cambie, Shaughnessy, South Granville Selling Slow With Tons of Inventory<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Cambie;Shaughnessy;South+Cambie\/type-House\/page-1\">Cambie, Shaughnessy and South Granville homes<\/a> all brought in an immense amount of inventory this month, but had the lowest sales ratios of the Westside. These homes brought in a total of 214 new listings with only 11 sales in May, producing a 5% sales ratio. These homes had a 33% sales ratio from 54 new listings and 18 sales.
