These <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-West+Vancouver\/type-Condo\/page-1\">condos<\/a> and<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-West+Vancouver\/type-Townhome\/page-1\"> townhomes in West Vancouver<\/a> had a 19% sales ratio from 108 new listings and 21 sales. Condo and townhome real estate in West Vancouver were limited to a small number of neighbourhoods, here is what their sales looked like:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In both <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-West+Vancouver\/area-Cedardale;Whitby+Estates\/type-Condo\/page-1\">Cedardale and Whitby Estates, condos<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-West+Vancouver\/area-Cedardale;Whitby+Estates\/type-Townhome\/page-1\">townhomes<\/a> sold at a 33% sales ratio (9 total new listings, 3 total sales). <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-West+Vancouver\/area-Ambleside;Dundarave;Park+Royal\/type-Condo\/page-1\">Ambleside, Park Royal and Dundarave<\/a> had the most new listings, bringing to market a total of 71 new listings and 17 sales (24% sales ratio).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-West+Vancouver\/type-Condo\/bedroom-1\/page-1\">One bedroom condos and townhomes in West Vancouver<\/a> are selling the best this month, with a 41% sales ratio from 22 new listings and 9 sales. On the other hand, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-West+Vancouver\/type-Condo\/bedroom-3\/page-1\">3 bedroom condos<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-West+Vancouver\/type-Townhome\/bedroom-3\/page-1\">townhomes<\/a> are experiencing a slow market with only a 4% sales ratio from 23 new listings and only 1 sale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-454 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bcoceansideproperties.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Ken-Stef-Real-Estate-Market-Statistics-2022.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"750\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bcoceansideproperties.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Ken-Stef-Real-Estate-Market-Statistics-2022.jpg 750w, https:\/\/bcoceansideproperties.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Ken-Stef-Real-Estate-Market-Statistics-2022-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Single Family Homes in West Vancouver<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-West+Vancouver\/type-House\/page-1\">Single family homes in West Vancouver<\/a> also experienced lower sales, generating a 11% sales ratio in May from 408 new listings and only 44 sales. The fastest selling neighbourhoods were <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-West+Vancouver\/area-Eagleridge\/type-House\/page-1\">Eagle Ridge<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-West+Vancouver\/area-Gleneagles\/type-House\/page-1\">Gleneagle<\/a>, bringing in 10 new listings and 7 sales (70% sales ratio). <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-West+Vancouver\/area-British+Properties\/type-House\/page-1\">British Properties<\/a> brought in the most new listings with 86 total new listings and only 8 sales in may (9%sales ratio)<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">$3M Homes Are Getting the Most Action in West Vancouver<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-West+Vancouver\/type-House\/min_price-3000000\/max_price-3500000\/page-1\">$3M &#8211; $3.5M homes in West Vancouver<\/a> sold at a 28% sales ratio, this was the fastest selling in the area.
