These condos and townhomes in West Vancouver had a 22% sales ratio from 112 new listings and 25 sales. Condo and townhome real estate in West Van were limited to a small number of neighbourhoods, here is what their sales looked like:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In both <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-West+Vancouver\/area-Ambleside;Dundarave\/type-Condo\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ambleside and Dundarave, condos<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-West+Vancouver\/area-Ambleside;Dundarave\/type-Townhome\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">townhomes<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sold at a combined 29% sales ratio (51 total new listings, 15 total sales). In contrast, Park Royal experienced the lowest sales ratio during June at 4%, based on 26 listings and 1 sale.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-West+Vancouver\/type-Condo\/bedroom-3\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Three bedroom condos<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-West+Vancouver\/type-Townhome\/bedroom-3\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">townhomes in West Vancouver<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> are selling the best this month, with a 43% sales ratio from 21 new listings and 9 sales. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-West+Vancouver\/type-Condo\/bedroom-1\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">0-to-1 bedroom West Vancouver condos<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> continue to enjoy some popularity with a 23% sales ratio based on 22 new listings and 5 sales.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-467 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bcoceansideproperties.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/2022_JUN_KS_WVanCondos.jpg\" alt=\"Infographic displaying West Vancouver Condo &amp; Townhome sales data.\" width=\"750\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bcoceansideproperties.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/2022_JUN_KS_WVanCondos.jpg 750w, https:\/\/bcoceansideproperties.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/2022_JUN_KS_WVanCondos-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Single Family Homes in West Van<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Single family homes in West Vancouver continued the trend of lower sales, generating an 8% sales ratio in June from 424 new listings and only 32 sales. Average days on market increased 125% from 8 to 18 average days on market during June. The fastest selling neighbourhoods for <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-West+Vancouver\/area-Furry+Creek;Lions+Bay\/type-House\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">single family homes were Furry Creek and Lions Bay<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, bringing in 11 new listings and 4 sales (36% sales ratio). However, the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-West+Vancouver\/area-Caulfeild\/type-House\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Caulfeild neighbourhood had the most single family home sales<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in West Vancouver for the month of June. British Properties continued to bring in the most new listings with 87 total new listings and only 3 sales in June, yielding a 3% sales ratio.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">$2.25M Homes Are Getting the Most Action in West Vancouver<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-West+Vancouver\/type-House\/min_price-2250000\/max_price-2500000\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">$2.25M &#8211; $2.5M homes in West Vancouver<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sold at a 37% sales ratio, this was the fastest selling in the area.
