The fastest selling neighbourhood was Downtown, bringing in a 26% sales ratio from 321 new listings and 83 sales. Close behind, West End condos and townhomes sold at a 21% sales ratio from an inventory of 215 listings and 46 sales. There were multiple neighbourhoods within Vancouver East that sold very fast. Main and Renfrew Heights sold extremely well with a combined 228% sales ratio from 7 new listings and 16 sales.
