The <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/area-Fraser+VE\/type-House\/min_price-50000\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">hottest neighbourhood for detached home sales was Fraser<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, boasting a 24% sales ratio.
