Average days on market have shortened from 18 to 16 days, and the sale to list price ratio has declined by 3%. The <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-West+Vancouver\/type-House\/min_price-1750000\/max_price-2500000\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">most active price band for home sales is the $1.75M to $2.5M<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> range.
