The changes mostly come from reductions in the Sale to List Price Ratio (-2%) and a 2% reduction in the average sale price.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The most active price band in downtown Vancouver is for <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenstef.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Coal+Harbour;Downtown+VW;Gastown;West+End+VW;Yaletown\/type-Condo\/min_price-500000\/max_price-800000\/page-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">condos &amp; townhomes priced $500,000 to $800,000<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The volume of sales in this price range makes up almost 50% of total sales. That is huge.
