Dunbar is a beautiful community next to tons of greenspace and forested trails in Vancouver West. The streets are filled mostly with single family homes, with some mid-rise condos and townhomes in Dunbar Village.  There is an abundance of greenspace in Dunbar, with multiple parks around the community and Pacific Spirit Regional Park to the West. Some special features include a fun water park at Chaldecott Park and baseball diamond at Balaclava Park. Pacific Spirit Regional Park is a beautiful forested area that hosts tons of trails for walks, runs and bike rides.  For shopping, Dunbar Village is a great place to find many shops for your convenience that run along Dunbar Street. Transportation in Dunbar is very easy and convenient with multiple bus stops/routes throughout to easily take you all around Vancouver.
