Kerrisdale is an established, historic neighbourhood on Vancouver’s Westside. While predominantly single-family houses, there are many mid- to high-rise apartment buildings in the area too. The main commercial area, Kerrisdale Village, has retained much of the charm from its decades-long history as an affluent community in Vancouver.  For amenities, Kerrisdale has much to offer within the bounds of its neighbourhood, such as two golf courses, a public swimming and fitness facility, the Kerrisdale Community Centre and Elm Park. There are also reputable schools in Kerrisdale, such as Kerrisdale Elementary and Kerrisdale Annex. Nearby Point Grey Secondary School offers a great opportunity for teenage students.  Kerrisdale’s position in relation to other neighbourhoods and points of interest offer great value, such as being close to the University of British Columbia or the Vancouver International Airport (YVR).
