Westlynn is a lovely, quiet neighbourhood of single-family homes on tree-lined streets. It’s near Lynn Valley Centre, but removed enough to preserve its special beauty while still being convenient. There are many parks and opportunities for residents to find recreational activities beyond neighbourhood parks. Just across Lynn Creek is Inter River Park, a sprawling sports complex of athletic fields, a BMX park, an equestrian centre and lacrosse box. Westlynn is a great option for growing families. There are elementary & secondary schools in or near the neighbourhood. Also, Capilano University is quite near to this neighbourhood too. Bus service from Lynn Valley Centre connects residents with other parts of North Vancouver, and the Trans-Canada Highway has on- and off-ramps nearby to help commuters get to their jobs outside the community.
