The Fraserview neighbourhood in the southern part of Vancouver is an interesting place. This area is almost entirely single-family homes, but that’s not what makes it interesting. The main draw for the neighbourhood is the inclusion of Fraserview Golf Course, a public 18-hole golf course managed by the City of Vancouver. Golfers seeking a semi-suburban lifestyle can enjoy golfing mere blocks away from their home - without ever leaving Vancouver. This ends up making Fraserview quite a strategic place to put down roots. Additionally, there’s many schools and parks in the area which also make the neighbourhood well-suited to growing families. There’s even a French-immersion elementary school.
