Detached houses in South Cambie of Vancouver West stood out with a 38% sales ratio (3 sold with 8 listed), while the remaining areas had sales ratios below the city wide average of 17%:

- Cambie, Vancouver West houses sold at 14% (7 sold with 49 listed)
- Marpole, Vancouver West houses sold at 7% (3 sold with 42 listed)
- False Creek and Fairview West only had condos & townhomes sell
Cambie & Marpole had notably high single family homes added to its inventory. 91 new homes were added between the two in December. False Creek & Fairview both had no new houses added to its inventory in this period.
